Hi, my name is Erick Ho. I am an undergrad, class of 2023, and am majoring in Neurobiology. I joined the Beier Lab so that I can immerse myself in the world of neuroscience because I have always wanted to be a neuroscientist ever since I was in middle school. I love learning anything and everything about the brain, especially when it comes to the many malfunctions and diseases that it can have. I hope to use my experience here to set myself up to be a psychiatrist to help veterans, either in a clinical or research setting. When I’m not in the lab, I’m usually out on the field training to be an officer in the United States Army or on the basketball court, helping out the UCI Women’s Basketball Team reach the Big West Championship!
